This position will manage and support the execution of training tasks including; customer communication, quoting, course curriculum, modifications and customized classes, tracking, CRM management, and documentation collection and storage.
Central coordinator for customer training. Collaborate with teams to research, plan, quote and coordinate training programs which will be offered/administered to customers.
Works with EVP, Principals and/or Trainer(s) to modify existing and write initial draft material for new training programs based on demand; reviews, evaluates and modifies existing and proposed programs; recommends appropriate changes. Responsible for maintaining and keeping all training material current and up to date with changing technologies.
Responsibilities include providing shop and field support. Assemble and Disassemble control valves. Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. Travel required.
Provides a variety of tasks not limited to; Develop new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of the organization’s products and/or services. Generates new business and ensures the growth of existing accounts. Assesses potential application of company products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs. Researches and presents solutions showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services.
